Change

I hope everyone watched the inauguration today...Barack Obama was truly inspiring and I can finally say that America is on the brink of a change.

I love that Michelle, instead of wearing yet another piece by Oscar de la Renta or Calvin Klein, supports newer American designers such as Thakoon, Narciso Rodriguez, and most recently, Isabel Toledo. Michelle wore a lemon yellow tweed coat, cardigan, and dress from the designer, and although I really do appreciate her effort, it really made me cringe.

Next time, Michelle should take a tip or two from Elle style director Kate Lanphear, who eddie from Stylesightings caught today in SoHo. She is an "Obama Mama."

She just makes Obama look so freaking chic. Love her.
